Our Story
Where We Come From
Haoma Health Care was founded by healthcare professionals who experienced the staffing crisis firsthand — as nurses, as administrators, and as patients. We saw the revolving door of agency nurses who didn't know the facility, and the burned-out staff nurses who had no flexibility.
We built Haoma to be different. By combining rigorous credentialing with genuine relationship-building, we've created a staffing model that works for everyone. Our team brings decades of combined experience in clinical nursing, healthcare administration, and workforce solutions.
